During the past week our association members should have received the "annual Meeting" envelope. It is extremely important that we get sufficient return of the vote for Board Members, Parking Issue and approval of the last annual meeting minutes. Should you not have received it, Please contact our GNC Association Manager Jose Mireles at 520-493-2275 or email him at jose@gncmanagement.net Our Board member at the park on Sunday February 23 will also have copies of the annual meeting information.
IN AN EFFORT TO HELP YOU RETURN YOUR VOTES, WE WILL HAVE A BOARD MEMBER AT THE NORTH PARK THIS SUNDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2025 FROM NOON TILL 2:00 PM. PLEASE FILL OUT THE OFFICIAL ABSENTEE BALLOT (BOTH FRONT AND BACK) PLACE IT IN THE RETURN ENVELOPE AND IF YOU WISH DROP IT OFF WITH ONE OF OUR BOARDE MEMBERS AT THE PARK.
Current legislation requires our community vote on whether to maintain control of enforcing parking regulation violations to the HOA or release our authority to enforce these regulations to the City of Tucson. Below is a letter you will receive in the mail authored by our Association Attorney’s, Smith & Wamsley, that summarize what a yes or no vote would mean to the association. Your Board of Directors strongly encourages you to vote in favor of the Association continuing to regulate parking on public roadways. We are required to submit a result of the vote with a sufficient quorum to maintain this control. The absence of sufficient votes, or a negative vote will automatically take away our ability to address those violations.
